FEED

As engineering services part of PMC or similar contracts, Toyo-India develops Front End Engineering Design (FEED) packages for process units based on basic design package provided by the licensor/project owner.

Developing Basic and Detail engineering packages is the major activity of any project. Toyo-India has capability and thorough experience in developing such packages. Typical contents are mentioned below.

This is another important activity of the project. For EPC contracts on LSTK basis, Bhagwati Engineers is fully geared up for procurement and supply of all goods and services required for the successful execution of the project. This is accomplished through its vast experience independent Material division, Vendor support and assistance from Bhagwati Engineers for overseas procurement.

In EPCM projects, Bhagwati Engineers provides procurement services to the client. This generally includes all procurement activities except issuing PO and payments. The client takes the responsibility of issuing purchase order and payments.

All items and services, within the battery limit, are procured on account of the project and supplied to the site hence availing of all tax and duty exemptions, if available.

In this latter part of project activity, complete Construction or Construction Management services are carried out as per client/contract requirement.

Complete Construction

In EPC-LSTK type of contracts, the complete construction activity for the project is undertaken by Bhagwati Engineers. This responsibility is managed by in-house construction planning department in association with competent and suitable sub-contractor for actual site construction work.
